Is the 7-day trial really free?
Yes. Sign up and your shop is ready in under a minute — no card, no sales call. You only pay if you decide to keep it after the seven days.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your bookings, items and customers stay exactly where they are — you just cannot open them until you pick a plan. Subscribe and everything is there again.
Can I use it on my phone?
That's what it was built for. Quotations, payments and the crew's delivery list are all designed for a phone first — a desktop just gives you more room.
Does it really stop double-booking?
Yes, and it's the one thing we'd stake the product on. The check runs inside the database at the moment you confirm, across the whole rental period — so two people confirming at the same second cannot both win.
Can my delivery crew use it without seeing my sales?
Yes. Crew accounts see today's deliveries, pickups and returns. Reports, prices and takings are owner-only, and that's enforced in the database rather than by hiding buttons.
What if I already have a system that works?
Then keep it. RentFlow is worth it if you're losing chairs, double-booking dates, or chasing balances you can't reconstruct. If your notebook is genuinely keeping up, it isn't.
Does RentFlow issue BIR invoices?
No. RentFlow can produce an internal transaction slip, but it is clearly marked as not a valid BIR invoice or official receipt.
